Rihanna’s song “Lift Me Up” has been nominated for an Oscar award. The song, which was featured in the movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” is an original composition by Rihanna and she shares songwriting credits with Nigerian singer Tems. The Academy Awards has released a list of nominees for the 2023 ceremony and Rihanna’s song is among those nominated in the Best Original Song category. The multiple Grammy award-winning musician’s song is competing against other nominees for the prestigious award. According to Daily Mail, Rihanna is recognized by the Academy Awards for her contribution to the song Lift Me Up.
